Description
The monoclonal antibody specifically recognizes the alpha subunit (32 kDa) of CD8αα homodimer or CD8αβ heterodimer. The CD8 molecule binds to HLA class I molecules during interaction of CD8+ T cells with antigen-presenting cells or target cells. CD8 is expressed on T cytotoxic/suppressor cell populations. This antibody is useful in detecting CD8+ T cells.

Stability & Storage:
Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Product Notices
1. This reagent has been pre-diluted for use at the recommended Volume per Test. We typically use 1 × 10^6 cells in a 100-μL experimental sample (a test).
2.Isotype control is not needed because the antibody has no Fc region.
3.For Research Use Only.
